3rd party inspection and inspection
As the QCMS Certification team; We inspect and report completely independently and impartially from the manufacturer and the customer in the areas where welded manufacturing, steel construction manufacturing and assembly are carried out. We make the necessary technical controls and ensure that the production sites comply with international standards and technical specifications. Services we provide within the scope of third party surveillance services;
- Reviewing the Quality Control Plan (ITP),
- Examining the materials to be used in manufacturing and material certificates,
- Control of consumables to be used in manufacturing,
- Control of welding procedures and welder certificates,
- Performing visual inspections of the welding connection points,
- Supervising the NDT (non-destructive testing) stages to be performed by the manufacturer when necessary,
- Examining NDT reports,
- Supervising the surface preparation and painting stages by the manufacturer,
- Supervising the paint controls to be made by the manufacturer,
- Overseeing the size controls to be made by the manufacturer,
- Supervising the manufacturing stages,
- Supervising the loading stages of the products whose manufacturing has been completed,
- Reporting of control results,
